Harvest: Manual
Vinification: Selection of bunches, destemming and selection of racemes and immature berries, followed by maceration and fermentation for about 30 days.
Aging: At the end of the fermentation, aging in barrique for about 16/18 months, followed by further refinement in steel/bottle for 24 months.
