Vinification: White vinification followed by controlled fermentation at about 12° / 15°.
Aging: At the end of fermentation the wine remains for about 3 months on fine lees, followed by aging in the bottle for about 3 months.

The Mater Matuta from Capua found in the Templum of the Patturelli Fund is a Samnite goddess of dawn and birth. The curotrophic sculpture in tuff is part of the collection of the “Mothers”, a propitiatory ex-voto for fertility, the protection of the nativity and the growth of newborns. Dedicated to mother Rosa Bruno.
